I've been reading financial statements for forty years and have never seen a differential on a Balance sheet between "hard" assets and "soft" assets, much less any information making one any more valuable than the other.
Would you care to share your expertise in explaining the difference, since my college professors and thirty years of business failed to reveal a difference?
