I saw the previous post you made on the topic. Fact is no entity remains a 5%+ owner or they would have had to file with the SEC. None have. Float is every single share that the insiders don't have and they may have sold as well. There isn't one single ounce of proof otherwise.
Bankruptcy filings showed the debt vs assets. That's the latest and doesn't even include the fact that the PSC ran out at the end of June. Those are facts.
