The Tox testing they've done was on the previous Flucide formula. This is NOT admissible for the NEW flucide (yes they can submit the results as an addendum, but they still need to do a new complete Tox).
No Tox has been started for Herpecide as they haven't identified a final candidate yet.
No tox whatsoever has been done on ocular Herpescide. (Flucide tox testing is irrelevant.) How could it be? They can't start the tox until they have decided what variant of Herpescide to put into clinical testing. They are no where near that stage yet.
