When reading this, how does one not think this BOD has the gall to ask us to go through a RS to make the stock price more enticing to buy? Why don't they publish the "performed as expected" data from Sunrise if Bavi did so well? Why not announce a partnership as King said would happen nearly three years ago? Where are these trials that should have been started six months ago? I won't even go the route of "getting to the bottom" of the Fargo incident or the Duke papers or the long list of "in the coming (fill in the blank with your choice of time period) " statements that continue to be made by this management team.

They decided to do a Reverse Stock Split without asking for 6 months extension. Does this include the shelf.
