My only concern is its almost a year under bk. So it's pretty much an all or nothing play. Thinking hard on this one. Looks tempting. If I'm to go in its going to be for 3 mil probably no more than that

Soooo, how is any of this relevant with the chapter 7 bankruptcy in Nov15?

Doesn't appear to have been over sold, considering they ceased all operations. Although it has gone to 001 a couple times since the bankruptcy.
