The next 13D/A filing by NVS is due when NVS’ (absolute) equity stake in MNTA has declined by 1% compared to the previous 13D/A filing on 8/10/16.

Considering the volume and stock gyrations, I have to believe ( and perhaps hope ) that NVS has dumped the majority of their holdings.

Highly unlikely given the details of NVS’ 10b5-1 plan outlined in #msg-124444381.

You were right that NVS was selling, but not to the degree you thought (hoped).
