That is very disappointing. based on past statements, they should have asked for an extension. PPHM should become an OTC stock at this point, and management should take a 50% pay cut or step aside. The BOD as we know it should be eliminated and started new. This is a business, not a country club. Continued silence is hard to believe, and rewarding under achievement is criminal.
