oh you mean like the habbit of shareholders to hit every link they see.. if we ever do internet advertising we are going to go broke... the shareholders are going to cost us an arm and a leg just on clickthru's...
You also don't need to take the free trial. Have always said they need to send all new subs an in-depth welcome and explain the system when they start. Put it in plain language like, "It's obvious we can't buy a copy of all new releases for all subscribers so we try and order enough to take care of the expected orders within the first 30 days (or whatever) and if the demand is greater we then may order more." Just tell them how it works. Give them tips for insuring something is available when their dvd is checked back in. I do like BBI as they say if a dvd hasn't arrived in 3 days after shipped to tell them and a replacement will be sent. We make people wait 10 business days. They also have a damaged dvd alert system for you to on-line tell them a damaged is on the way back and that way they flag the dvd for pulling when it hits the DC.
