Then UMS Corp, "UMS Stockholders" as mentioned in the purchase agreement, David Lee & Family, Empire Global and Advisory Services, LLC may possibly not affected either by the UMS, LLC bankruptcy, only Lee himself.

Hopefully further clarification from the court soon.
