United Mobile Solutions Corp. I would assume which in it's current form is a direct subsidiary of iTalk Mobility, if you are trying to insinuate that iTalk, the trading company will be and ultimately responsible for the Chapter 11, well I think it already would have a "Q" suffix appended to it's ticker since the case has begun July 2016.
But you never know waiting for the court decide, see the plan.
