The a/s has nothing to do with the price of the stock..I have talked to alex the ceo many times about them. He has a 504 filing to finish. He had to increase the a/s to do this..this is just a/s nothing else. They are not going on the selling block. Or into the float it is just a/s. The company is not going to sell any shares until shareholder valuation is raised..
