UMS LLC doesn't have any equity shares.

If iTalk filed chapter 11 there would be a Q at the end of the ticker so it looks like there will be no cancellation of common shares.

When a company is involved in bankruptcy proceedings, the letter "Q" is added to the end of the company's stock ticker symbol. In most cases, when a company emerges from bankruptcy, the reorganization plan will cancel the existing equity stock and the old shares will be worthless. Well again United Mobile Solutions LLC is the entity in the Bankruptcy. I'm not trading UMS,LLC. I own a Bunch of TALK shares and TALK will be just fine from what this BK will accomplish!
