I glow would know this and I'm not sure but I think that by changing 100% directions , new ownership , management, sic etc.... Don't they need to file a new information and disclosure statement and isn't it likely that they can get shut down until this is done
Ruppert doesn't know or understand what resources or partners Kim is bringing to the table - he is absolutely clueless as to what Kim's plans are for NGCG. I don't know what Kim has planned but I do understand the mining industry.
Why doesn't Ruppert post on the GRCU board asking what Ross knows about the MMJ business - too late I busted that scam.
When I was with a mining startup we started with one small claim we purchased for $30,000 - the CEO was from Wall Street - he didn't know anything about mining but he knew how to raise money (that wasn't toxic financing).
The company started with Just the CEO and for the first 9 months there was only 2 other employees.
Once again, Ruppert is crying because Kim cut him off from his only source of income and he is trying to harm the company.
