Does that also mean no production or selling actual product of any kind ?
If so then shares are the only thing that would keep this afloat. The limited LOC won't do much.
A 'waiting' game is just another term for no experience in how to run a company. Shuffling loaned money here and there and playing games. They had sales last year but this thing went seriously backwards.
