I do not think you need that PR from Emaar at this point..If you saw one saying they are not doing business, then I would worry.. They have had time to say that the info is incorrect if that were the case..

In the meantime, if I am a Leary investor I have to question why the PR frenzy as a possible pump play..The disputed fax PR is unfortunate but had to be put out..This shows that people in IR are watching and looking out for things..

What I would hope to see as our next PR would be some irrefutable such as CCM deal, audited financials..I do not think we need anything else unless if includes something concrete such as actual OS..number, or even a dividend would do..
As long as it doesn't sound fluffy we will gain more confidence...
