I think you nailed it Nebula...I do not have to look very deeply into the history and see the volley is in process..I think these guys have tapped up the second hit with the third being a spike down the middle..
then why hasn't it been done yet? its been a while since they took over and merged... they need to do what is right and if talk is that they want to go to a higher exchange... then they should put their money where their mouth is.
