Putting out an 8k about we paid a normal typical business operating expense to stay on OTCQB is not typical or necessary as this expense is usually lumped together with overall G&A expenses for the year.
Management must have had share holders calling them worrying about being de-listed to pinks or something. NASDAQ fees are $100k a year and OTCQB is $10k and OTCQX is in between. I just dont think it was necessary to waste $125 to file an 8k for this expense.
For me 8ks are suppose to be significant material events like the initial up list from Pink to OTCQB or closing a deal like VTH or Duo Worlds IPO announcement.
I am happy with GEQU regardless as its just a waiting game now until pay outs are made and we all win. Could care what the stock is doing right now as things will happen mid to end of September.
I just hope SEC approves the Duo World S-1 by end of next week otherwise we will be on another round which pushes SEC approval back another 4 weeks.
