I don't live in Pittsburg or near there, so I wouldn't know. I am guessing that's why the franchisee went out of business, reviews also point to them having "bad service". I don't blame the company, blame the franchisee owners.

They had one in West Covina, CA. Idk why this one was closed...had good reviews.
