Sounds reasonable and written sensibly. I do have others like PFSD (which is like watching paint dry) that I hold big expectations for but it wil be a very slow process. My work which for me is almost play affords me a lot of mobility and free time so more money would be nice but I also place an emphasis on freedom, no boss and mobility. I can come and go right now whenever I want and forever long I want to go. That in itself its priceless.
