sorry not sure what link you are looking for, the statement I cut and pasted was from this prospectus

but i think it's safe to say that they haven't released anything stating it's complete because as Sugarplum just linked, it was on the Upcoming Milestones list from last weeks First Half 2016 Financial Report. I know this report only covered until June 30 so that's not to say it hasn't been complete since, but I'm very confident that they haven't released anything stating it's complete.
