The reason many people are posting over and over predictions in the 1.00-4.00 range is very simple, fundamental valuation.
That's what people do on stock bulletin boards, they crunch the numbers and continuously see whether anyone else will find fault with their analysis.
The problem many longs here have with those who are going through some kind of introspective "what should be said on this board" posting is, those concerned about the stock, provide so little in the way of fundamental analysis. It's all about this feeling or that feeling. Feelings don't really matter to the long term investor. What matters is how much profits the company can generate and how those profits will impact the share price.
To anyone with half-a-brain, it's obvious this company is making a heck of a lot of money right now. And it's very likely to increase that revenue stream quite substantially over the next year. Even if the financial numbers are off by a factor of 50% (which of course they are not), this stock is extremely undervalued. Most pink sheet stocks don't even make a profit. Sulja is making big profits and partnering with some of the largest builders in the world.
It's equivalent to a company like HISC partnering with Intel.
Why anyone would sell with this kind of opportunity in front of them astounds me, unless of course they are desperate for cash or something.
