Wow, great skinluvr! I think common sense has gone out the window for many people. You have made some very sensible points. There is not one company that can just throw around the names of Red Sea Group, and Emaar for the heck of it, and get away with it.

Is it GM that backed SIRI when it first launched? I remember the nay sayers then, when SIRI was pennies "oh, it will never happen" "who's gonna buy that service" "too much risk". Well, SIRI trades at $4.00 today. It doesn't matter if it is a pinkie, or a NASDAQ, or Amex stock, the no-can-do attitudes always persist, but do not succeed. So let them. We have an $87 billion International company in a major expansion mode looking out for us. Of this I have no doubt.

GLTA!

and like one guy posted earlier tonight...if they soil the reputations of Emaar or Red Sea in front of the SEC they'll have much more to worry about than some angry shareholders...lol!

5. Finally, they can just drop PR's with names like Emaar and Red Sea with no recourse??? I'm sure those companies wouldn't stand up and say we are not dealing with SULJA in that capacity.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

You really do not need to know anymore than what this poster stated above.
There is NO WAY in heaven or on earth that Emaar who just bought the 2nd largest US Home Builder would allow one LETTER of their name to be associated with Sulja if the negotiations(slash) projects (slash projected revenues) were not legit and underway.

Sometime you just need good old deductive reasoning.
Excellent Post and Point.
