Julios continues to get stuffed with shares? $62,468 this quarter? What?! Is this the new norm?! NO revenue and huge payouts to insiders and partners regardless?

On March 30, 2016 we issued 1,972,316 shares of our common stock to Julios Kosta as per a consulting agreement dated October 1, 2015 for the period October 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016 The shares were valued at $62,468

I bet the block sellers pick up the pace, before the floor falls out of this dilution trap.

Did they not state in a recent press release that they HAD received a cheque?

Are the directors lying to us??

So this report didn't show any income at all? I thought it was going to show some kind of revenue stream?
