You know whats even shadier... They paid Julios hundreds of thousands of dollars in stock on 10/1 to cancel the contract....
Then weeks later on 10/31, they issued him MORE stock for "compensation"... If they paid him large chunks to close the deal, why is he still being compensated after the fact?
