Oh c'mon, it's gotta be the MM's. Nobody would think of selling shares here.
Tired of the MM shorting excuse. Doesn't jive with me. Sorry.
Not saying dilution is going on, but somebody with a large amount of shares is selling IMO.

even if they do dilute imo they will be fine with the second listing comming. the new shares would get eaten up buy big investors. imho

They are going to get Emaar from Dubia as there parent company listed on the NAZ and everyone will be rich including the longs that have the balls to stick it out imo!

Maybe they've already bought up a bunch of shares which were created by PRIOR dilution? Maybe? In which case, whatever price they got it at (.01? .02?) was a steal, since they KNOW about all the BOOMING earnings which are forthcoming. They know for sure; we don't. The dilution was in the past.

If I owned a private company which was profitable, and I was doing well financially... and was offered a chance to snatch up shares of a smaller public company... after doing my analysis and coming to the conclusion that after merging the shares will be worth $1+, then I'd JUMP at the chance. And so would most people.

It's possible that we're just along for the very fortunate ride. But hey, what do I know?
