heretic! They could get funding, sure, but they couldn't be trading publicly without LFWK. How it all came about... I'm sure we aren't privvy to that info. But I'm pretty confident that SLJB insiders stand to become very wealthy by selling shares at much much higher PPS. And that's one big reason why they wanted to become public (hence, merging with LFWK).
