Heretic-dilution CAN be a good thing in an expanding business IF one was to dilute ...think of raising capital for salesforce, equipment, etc - to take a company to another tier - it's the ABUSE of dilution that sucks - keeping a failing management, product, etc. going -
we've become accustomed to thinking of dilution as a negative only - not so imo
