Well, I sympathize with you. I have no idea what Rufus Paul was saying either. But I do know that the IRS does not set stock prices. Section 368 is not about setting stock prices. Remember, IRS Section 368 is Rufus Paul's assertion, not mine.
As for your last comment, the same could be said for any speculative venture, regardless of how unlikely the payoff. If you've got money to lose, why not put it in something that you at least understand--like lottery tickets?
