Not sure exactly what you mean. If you are saying that CDNL is somehow "different" than other penny stocks, sure - they're all different in regards to the storyline.
However, being a seriously delinquent filer, and with details of many of the "deals" quite hard to come by, CDNL is looking more and more like every other crappy penny stock. The on-going connections to a known securities fraudster is a deal-killer, IMO.
