You describing Addiction personality, in which case, any substance or behaviour can be input. The education and research initiatives sand the regulations within the new laws will be designed with a harms reduction basis. This is why, by default, the LP model supersedes the grey market, because of basic governance. Just imagine any of the number of industries sensitive to addiction without regulation; alcohol, tobacco, casinos. Shoot, even real estate need regulation.

oh for sure, but we see that with alcohol too - to a greater degree I would say. I don't know of any cannabis users living under a bridge for instance. Don't know there are many cannabis bums out there, when I am sure there are major alcohol bums out there.

You can't really compare deaths to wasted potential or whatever you are talking about. I would say the unending pursuit of material wealth is a wasted life - so a job can be just as bad as a cannabis habit in my crazy opinion.

cannabis can be a vice for sure. Its my vice for damn sure. I wouldn't say that means I have no money, i am in a net savings mode and regularly invest in CGC. Maybe I don't 'make' that much money, but it just so happens the government has programs for that......so it is not a big deal that I don't work, just so long as YOU (the public) keep working, then we are all good.

Anyways, I have two jobs right now. I work for my wife and her parents - racking up good hours and decent pay, not my fault they are planning to lay me off AGAIN.....I don't make the rules in Canada, I can't vote, I work they make me pay insurance premiums - I say it is a sucker bet for the government to make, but place your bets and I will place mine
