chip, I can tell you that not only is the company going to sue whoever is behind this but also a class action suit by the shareholders could possibly follow right along with it! This person or person's really has not idea the snowball they have just pushed down the hill!!!! jmho
chip, Question (dumb question), Why would a fax blast like that cause a sell-off? It said good things about the company and expected PPS.
I think I know the answer to this, but I'd like to hear confirmation from someone else. Is it because those fax blasts reek of corruption and the real intent is to make all of us THINK that the company is diluting (to pay for the faxes) when they had already told us they weren't diluting?
