PLEASE! With today's communication technology it is not necessary for execs to be under the same roof. My wife happens to be an executive with a medium sized Pharma company located in the Northeast US. We live in AZ. A handful of others work remotely as well. They are on conference calls all day long. They go back to HQ when needed - maybe a half dozen times at most per year. You guys are funny when you start debating about this mundane stuff!!
