Actually, the first FDA approval for Botox (in 1989) was for strabismus and blepharospasm, which I would not consider aesthetic/cosmetic indications

I'm pretty sure that Oculinum (Dr. Scott) received that approval before it was botox, which was prior to Allergan's involvement.
