Raising rates would create a huge Meltdown in the economy...The rest of the World is lowering rates or going negative so if she even talks about raising rates all hell will break loose. The Fed has no clue and I am not even sure they know how to interpret the numbers and information they use for their calculations. If they did they would not have to continually revise their reports the following month.
