You will see in there about the conversion prices along with the share issuance to a large shareholder - then it connects that to Palm Desert - all shares issued are valued at .0025/share and have been since 2014. The thing is we don't even know when or if the restrictions can be removed to allow the to enter the public float. Either way it's an awful deal for the rest of shareholders.
If this has billion dollar potential they wouldn't have to dump shares for debt payments at such awful pricing as money would be easy to obtain for a much more fair term. This tells me they can't prove their case to anyone that this company has any value or is likely to have value for its shareholders.
