Pennimon... if they in fact has control of all O/S and parties in agreement agree to give back dividend, they can do big dividend. I think $.01 a share will be significant enough. Then they annouce on planing on doing quarterly dividend.
I too believe that when this break .13, it will fly ... EOD run to .20 is possible today.
One shouldn't be without this stock this weekend. Monday could be a huge gap up if they put out a killer PR the end of the day or early Monday morning.
The company states clearly that: 1) moving to NASDAQ is what they are trying to 2) they believe requirements will be met without R//s 3) they will do whatever it takes to make the stock CONTINUE the uptrend 4) they ar making money and the business is growthing fast 5) No Dilution to raise funds to acquire materials to resell. 6) they are dealing with big business entities such as Emmarr which its' IPO was over subscribed by 4X in 3 days.
