Yes, that is ALMOST correct. Maybe it's more like 90%. But those 10% short in the range of $10,000 or much more..while the little investor is investing (for the most part) $1k at most.

So there goes your theory? I suspect that if you did the polls and found out, you would find this true. 100%. Maybe even more so toward my favor.

Austin IT can be done in Canada as well as in Germany,and is done all the time by people with very deep pockets.If and when the tally is run it is going to be intresting to see how it adds up. Many brokers can as well , wonder how many people have been told by those same brokers not to worry about your shares ,or it take 6 weeks to get certs? Last cert I ordered was in my hand in 2-3 weeks...........
Wonder why many need all this additional time or are suggesting not to worry about getting certs.
The river might just run long wide and deep......
This whole thing is speculation on all of our parts ,but it will be fun to see how this all come out in the wash won't it.

You are 100% correct. Most regular retail investers like myself are unble to short penny stocks because we are restricted from doing so. But Brokers , Market Makers , Hedge funds , and wealthier traders are able to do so !

And is it those very same players that these bashers work for that bash companies that they do not own stock in. It is these entities that the longs are doing battle against.

In a few days we will know the winner in this very type of battle in FHAL between the LONGS and the SHORTERS ! We will know who the victor will be very soon! I am LONG FHAL and holding STRONG as i picked up additional shares this morning!!!

Please tell us which offshore brokers all of you use that will let you short this stock and other pennies so I can get in on your next scam.
