I'm following BBEPQ's case over on Prime Clerk but this is not listed there.

yeah sure...please pay your debts.

This has been in the works for six months...any equity return means a 1000% return for me (a debt holder)...I'm all for it.

US bankruptcy law is unforgiving to the ignorant...keep that in mind.
