i quoted this portion because i've never heard of a stock "needing to be restrained". have you?

the stock needs to be restrained from going north on hot air. A natural and safe place for the stock to be is near where insiders are buying and not a multiple of that.

insiders would definitely disagree with you. they buy a stock to make a profit.

and since when is there a "natural" and "safe place" for a stock price?

perhaps you should email pacchini and let him know the higher RVUE goes, the less safe it will be.
