In this particular case, the money that has been injected so far in Q3 serves as a survival mechanism for the company no more no less, and does not suggest anything major is taking place to change the status quo. For Q1 and Q2, company expenses topped 1.2 million with about $418,000 in expenses in Q2.
We need to see something more tangible beside the insider buying and that has not occurred yet. So, as of right now, the direction is not clear and the stock needs to be restrained from going north on hot air. A natural and safe place for the stock to be is near where insiders are buying and not a multiple of that.
