there's real DD available here, in links to newspapers, major financial press, SEC filings - if the assumption is roche has a history of successs, wants to make money in RVUE now, and that's why he just took control of the company.
you're correct it's speculation (based on that factual info) but your own argument is not based on facts when you suggest the stock is "dead money for a year", and roche is being shady by buying his shares at .013, which was disclosed ages ago in filings, when the stock price was well below a penny.
as far as the chart and price action goes, in the days ahead, we'll see who's stronger:
those who think RVUE represents dead money, and i believe you're the only one in that camp,
or...
those who think roche owning 50.1% (as of late last week) indicates he will soon reveal his vision for a strong company, and a high-leverage investment.
by the way - smart managers grow a company via acquisition during softer markets, so organic growth can kick in when the footprint is much larger.
