In the original 13D there is no time based termination clause but it could be some type of trigger in Novartis's mind.

I still scratch my head of why NVS would pick this one investment, which after 10 years is still deep underwater, to dispose of.

Over the long run I'm sure it'll mean nothing, but it's somewhat worrisome when a company that holds all the cards heads for the exit.

Note: Lost all my shares in the $13 range, won't be back in until it drops significantly.
