Fact no. 1: insiders bought at 0.013 on August 8 while the stock was publically traded at higher than 0.025
This has been covered dozens of times here, that was a price set long before the 8th.
Fact no. 2: insiders could have bought at the publically traded price if they wanted to
Now why would they do that. That's like paying full price for an item on a half off sale. People become millionaires by making good financial choices, not bad ones.
Fact no. 3: Q2/2016 was worse than Q1/2016 and much worse than Q2/2015
Money collected is dependent on a lot of factors so this does not tell the whole story of what is probably happening at the company.
Fact no. 4: there is zero information about the future of the company
Once again, they may be working on something that they just cant divulge right now.
The stock should fall to 0.013 or lower based on no material information.
That would be great as far as I'm concerned so I could load a bunch more, but doubt that will happen.
