Not just on August 8th. There were buys in June and July when the trading price was lower than the .013 price they bought at. How many times do I have to point out that it is part of the securities purchase agreement they signed where he could buy at a set price. Read the statements of beneficial ownership again.

please quote the part of the filing that says insiders know the stock is worth no more than .013.

if you can't quote them, it means you're assuming that's how they feel.

and if you read this board from months ago, we were happy to buy beneath roche's cost, at his cost, and above his cost.

why? because we figured roche was buying over half the company to do something with it.

why would he buy any shares at all, if the plan was to do nothing? what does he gain by hurting shareholders when he is the biggest one?
