2Q:$2,900,000(REV)-$8,000,000(EXP)=$5,100,000(LOSS)

By our estimation....let's see on Monday afternoon how they compare to the actual earnings numbers.

For comparison sake, here are 1Q numbers:

REV - $1,548,000
EXP - 5,674,000
LOSS -$4,126,000

So even with the addition of Blum Oak and Blum LV, losses increased by roughly a million dollars!!

And get this - expenses increased 72% more than revenues!! (EXP = 2,326,000 to REV = 1,352,000), more than a little disappointing, to say the least.

So basically, if 2Q is a reliable indicator, expenses will increase significantly more than revenues going forward, and as competitive heats up, unit sales prices will get squeezed even more than they already are, widening this margin, so one has to wonder if TRTC will ever turn a profit.

And even if they do one day, think of the nearly 1 billion share divisor when figuring EPS - I know, laughable.

And I think we all know the situation regarding their out of control expenses, many of them fixed in price, so very little wiggle room here to bring costs down.

SUMMARY:

Not exactly what anyone had in mind when they gave away the farm for BLUM.

Not much else to say except good luck on Tuesday.

SELLOFF IMMINENT

IMHO

COUNTDOWN TO 2Q BLOODBATH - 24 HRS (16AUG)

Don't be caught in ugly bag-holder attire when this PR hits the headlines tonight.

We're expecting a 20-30% plunge after worse than expected 2Q revenues, out-of-control overhead costs, and record losses near $5,000,000.

And all of this after Derek had grandiose visions that Blum Oak and Blum LV were going to put them over the top and finally make them profitable - well, not happenin', folks.

And with the Reverse Split back in play as Derek rushes to get the required vote completed by Directors (see new Aug5 Filing), this stock is headed nowhere but south.

Don't drink the Koolaid, folks.

STRONG SELL at the Overbought levels.

IMHO
