Yes think about what we are protecting against here. Does anyone realize the total implications behind the need to protect ourselves against a BOD and management group that openly thumbs its nose at its fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders. Think about that for one second and then ask yourself if they are bold enough to do that right in front of our noses then what are they doing behind closed doors? Do they really have any other interest than their own at heart? Now that doesn't preclude the possibility that this group can deliver, assuming it's in their best interest but it certainly lowers the chances and increases the possibility of doing so at unlimited cost to those financing the operation -- shareholders. It results in reactive management instead of proactive, no sense of urgency regardless how dire the situation, a lazy approach to every aspect of the business instead of an unending attention to detail and more focus on how to protect themselves and improve their personal financial situations than on serving others with a much greater concern for the whole. Corruption, a lack of ethics a focus on self are not the traits of the kind of leadership needed to bring a worthy biologic efficiently and effectively to market. Everyone should consider this and then ask yourself what needs to be done here? It is quite obvious to me and a number of others. Think about it. The signs have been there for a long long time. And yes they come across as very nice, sincere guys when you meet them face to face but their actions, their results or lack thereof their less than urgent approach to tough situations, their protection of their own interests at the expense of the whole speaks much louder than what they say and the demeanor they portray publicly. That is even more concerning. Think about it. All in my opinion.
