Jay, this was a conference. I don't think any orders were made, or motions filed. A new lawyer is on the record. He indicated that he intends to file a motion for a continuation (adjournment) of the trial scheduled to commence shortly. Because the time is short, there will have to be an order shortening time -- the time typically required for notice. Dimension has said they will not agree to the adjournment, so the motion will be contested.
Dimension is not opposing IT'S own motion. They are opposing an adjournment.
