Well as many claim Rontan had no way out per the SPSA, Perhaps the SEC action today Trumps all previous thoughts about the Rontan Deal, I could hardly see a Judge siding with GDSI in any action against Rontan given the Charges laid against Global Digital Solutions Inc by the SEC
I also find it hard to believe that Rontan having no prior knowledge to this Fraud alleged by the SEC against GDSI and Officers would have made such an agreement had they known.
But you can bet as of today Rontan now knows that GDSI is alleged to have perpetrated fraud on its investors and if they needed an out they have it now.
