Did anyone notice the TYPE of land assets? It's URBAN....which means it's property in CITIES. Now what do we have a lot of in cities?.....Why it's BUSINESSES....so much of this real estate that $BHGI acquired is largely Commercial....which can be built on by businesses to generate Revenues...OR built on by $BHGI to generate revenues....
You can say that again! Litigation really can wreck havoc on a public company. Based on the PR from last week it would appear that is now behind BHGI and the leadership can finally move on with lining up financing, awareness, etc.
BHGI has too much going for it to remain at this level for much longer.
