It's now seems apparent Ramon is taking his companies public. I'd guess it's just a matter of time before we see him surface as a CEO, director or something. It's obvious Ramon didn't sell companies worth probably a hundred million for $1.4 million and some stock. That's not the way mergers and acquisitions work. The agreement probably gives Ramon control so he gets his cake, we all get to eat it and he keeps it too! GLTA!
